Christy Murphy, Co-Founder and Managing Director of KPI Software Solutions, has a career that spans 30 years with in-depth experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Lean Management Systems and Software design. He has extensive experience in providing consulting services across a variety of sectors including manufacturing, construction, and R&D, within Ireland, UK and Europe. Christy is also Technical Director at Crystal Lean Solutions
From Christy’s hands on experience of both Lean and Project Management, Christy’s vision is to design innovative software solutions, with an integrated Lean philosophy, to support managers have access to real time, reliable data to support effective decision making, while minimising administrative requirements. With a core focus on value to the business through a collaborative based approach, Christy delivers innovative solutions at providing visibility at both project and enterprise level to support management of safety, quality, resource management, cost and on time delivery.
Christy holds a Masters in Business Administration, Masters of Technology and Mechanical Engineering, from University of Limerick, Ireland. Christy is also a published author “An Integrated Testing System for UHP Gas Valve Manufacture” and co-author of two papers around the Last Planner System for construction projects.
Maria Ryan
Maria Ryan, Co-Founder of KPI Software Solutions is a Six Sigma Black Belt with over 25 years’ experience at both Strategic and Tactical levels within private and multinational organisations and has worked in various sectors including Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Medical Device and Construction. Maria is also the founder and Managing Director of Crystal Lean Solutions.
Maria brings tremendous energy, patience, and support in roles such as Mentor, Coach and Trainer. Her main strengths include a relentless focus on People, Process and Purpose to deliver Performance and supporting project delivery.
Maria holds a Masters in Business Administration, Masters of Technology and Mechanical Engineering, from University of Limerick, Ireland. Maria also co-authored 2 publications on the impact of the Last Planner® System.
Brigid McNamara
Brigid McNamara is a Six Sigma Blackbelt and Lean Operational Excellence Expert, with over 25 years’ experience deploying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies within various industries across the Pharmaceutical, High Volume Manufacturing, Aerospace and Construction sectors, performing roles in Manufacturing & Production Engineering, Six Sigma Blackbelt, Production Management, Project Management, and Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence Management.
Brigid passionately believes that the key to success is all about sharing our knowledge, learning from our mistakes, and creating an open learning environment where people feel empowered to take ownership of their own processes and improvement ideas.
Brigid holds a Bachelor of Technology, Six Sigma Blackbelt (ASST), and Diploma in Quality Management (Lean and Six Sigma) from University of Limerick, Ireland.
